“Four weeks of warm-up content end this week. Eight weeks of authority demonstration begin Monday.”
This is a brief one. The piece that pairs with it, The Lens You’ve Been Missing, did the heavier lifting. This one is just a clean transition.
Four weeks of warm-up content end this week. Eight weeks of authority demonstration begin Monday. Three weeks after that, the founding-member window for the Pro List comes into focus more directly. After that, the Core Arc — the diagnostic, architectural, and executional work this platform has been building toward — opens.
That’s the shape of the next twelve weeks.

What stays
The voice stays. The cadence stays — Monday/Tuesday for Piece A, Thursday/Friday for Piece B, weekly SMS on Thursday afternoon. Every piece deploys across video, blog, email, LinkedIn, and SMS. The free Business Success List remains free, one piece a week.
The two doors stay. The Business Success List for one set of readers; the Pro List for the other. Both are open. Both are real choices.
The book stays as the anchor of the Pro List. New founding members get it the moment they join.
The honesty stays. We’re not going to soften the content to keep you subscribed.
What changes this week
The reply-to-leave mechanic ends. The unsubscribe link returns to the bottom of every email, starting with this one. If you’ve been considering leaving, leave clean. If you’re staying, the next eight weeks are for you.
What changes Monday

The mode shifts from telling to showing. Each piece introduces a new lens — a specific shift in seeing — applied to a specific element of business. By the end of Month 2, you’ll have eight lenses you didn’t have at the start of it.
The Pro List CTAs get more substantive. Not louder — more concrete. Specific worksheets, specific resources, specific deeper companion material gets named in the public pieces. The Pro List is shown, not just mentioned.
What comes after
After Month 2 (The Builder’s Lens), we move into Month 3 (Real Builders, Real Decisions) — case-driven content, anonymized founder stories, real operational decisions analyzed through the lenses we’ve been building. The founding-member urgency for the Pro List lands clearly in that month.

After Month 3, the Core Arc begins. Three months of diagnostic, architectural, and executional content built to take you from “I see what’s actually wrong” to “I have an installed system that prevents the category.”
That’s the full arc. Twelve weeks of intro. Twelve weeks of Core Arc. Six months of structured work, built to compound.
But that’s later.
Today, just thank you for staying.
Monday we begin.
