We operate with a remote team, and that’s the team you are joining - a network of top professionals in digital services, ranging from website designing, graphics, videos, mention a few. Our goal is to build a network of skilled professionals who collaborate on various projects, and we’re excited to have a talented pro like yourself you join us!

How Our Team Work

At Solutioncrafts, we operate on a project-based system, which means:

  • Once onboarded, you’ll be added to our pool of talented professionals.
  • We source projects and post them on our internal job board.
  • If a project matches your skills and the budget fits, you can express interest or submit a bid.
  • If you’re assigned a project, it’s yours! From there, we’ll organize meetings with the client and kick things off.
  • For many projects, we form collaborative teams, so you might work alongside other experts like web developers, graphic designers, branding specialists, and 3D animators. This approach allows us to meet diverse client needs while offering flexibility to our team members in selecting projects.
